Grain Separators

Machine is suitable for efficient cleaning of all types of grains and seeds, pulses, oil seeds, etc. Seeds/Grains are fed into a low level feed hopper where they are sucked up by aspirator fan and drop on the top sieve.

Gravity Separator may be used to separate any type of dry bulk particles that are similar in size & shape but differs in weight. The machine consists of a rectangular deck for greater Separation efficiency and accuracy. The lighter particles move to the entire length of the deck, producing the cleanest light and heavy product fraction available. A dynamically balanced multiple fan system is individually adjustable giving the necessary control through different air settings to accomplish the accurate weighing necessary.

Rotary drum in our Magnetic Separator is used to separate out ferrous particles from non-ferrous material/grain. There are separate outlets for ferrous material and non-ferrous material.

Machine is suitable for efficient cleaning of all types of grains and seeds, pulses, oil seeds, etc. It is used to separate out impurities, which are bigger/smaller than seed size along with thrash, and sutli.

Fabricated from Mild Steel Plate, Sheet, Angle and Channel. Self-cleaning Rubber Balls on bottom sieve. Intake Hopper of machine is equipped with canvass clothes. There are two vibrating screens, top screen for removing over size impurities and bottom screen for removing under size impurities such as sand, shriveled grain etc. Machine is drive with suitable 2 Nos. of Vibro Electric Motor.
