The Length Grader separates free flowing granular products such as wheat, barley, rice and pulses on the basis of length difference.

This husker is designed to remove the husk from the paddy. The husking takes place at an adjustable narrow point between to counter-rotating rubber rollers turning at different speeds. The distance between the rollers and the pressure are controlled by an air-pressure regulator. An automatic control system makes the machine easy to operate and maintain: it regulates the flow of the product to be processed and the distance between the rollers.

The rice enters the machine from above through the load hopper. The flow of the rice is controlled by a pneumatically controlled shutter and by a toothed distributor which separates the rice evenly and distributes over the entire width of the rollers.

The pressure of the rollers and the pneumatic shutter are automatically controlled by an air cylinder.

The machine will effectively remove outer husks, bran and crease dirt by its intense scouring action and will reduce in size of mud balls and there by remove through the sieve apertures any mud balls, small friable seed impurities and any insect fragments. Similarly the impactor/scourer will break the weaker, insect damaged kernels and effectively eliminate them.
