Washing unit consist of a continuous perforated belt of stainless steel or polypropylene material, rotates in close path on rolls supported by idlers, which is surrounded by chassis made of the MS. First part of the belt is for loading, (fruits are fed by hopper, which is mounted on the chassis, second part for washing with water by using water jet, provided by pump (a filter is also provided to clean the water) Third part is for removal of water from the fruits by means of air jet produced by compressed air which is provided at the top. At the bottom of the chassis reservoir for water collection is provided to minimize the water wastage.

A filter press is a highly efficient, compact, dewatering vegetable processing machinery for separating solids from liquid slurries in the form of compressed cake. Its major components are a structured framework, filter chambers (formed by recess portion of Recessed plate system, or frames in plate and frame system), and filter cloth.

Filter press technology is very basic in nature, but its application is as important to the various processes it serves, as is a simple wheel to the motive machines. Filter Press are separation devices used for solid or liquid separation processing that work on feed pressure or squeeze pressure to reduce liquid content in process or waste slurries or to reduce solid content in a product.

A filter press consists of a series of horizontally arranged vertical filter plates, each covered with paper, felt medium or synthetic woven material. A mechanical structure called skeleton is used to support the filter plates and a closure mechanism provides the required force on the sealing faces of the plates to counteract the applied force of filtration (squeezing).

Pasteurizer is a fruit processing machinery used for pasteurizing the products like fruit pulp of mangoes, papayas, guavas, peaches, juice concentrates, etc. Continuous scraping action ensures uniform heating of products and prevents product fouling/charring.

Homogeniser machinery is use for reducing the particle size of fluid products such as milk, fruit juice and sauces, under conditions of extreme pressure, sheer, turbulence, acceleration and impact, to make them more stable and have a better texture. The effect is achieved by forcing the product through a special homogenizing valve at a very high pressure. Particles enter the homogenizer with sizes ranging typically from 0.2 - 20 microns. Large particles are dispersed to produce a product with particles ranging typically from 0.4 to 1 micron depending on the application.

The unit consists of brushes and sieve. The gap between the sieve and the brushes can be adjusted to suits different types, sizes and qualities of fruit to be pulped. The sieve in this fruit juice processing machine is available in perforations of different sizes, and is easily removable for cleaning.
