In our R&D unit we have installed complete Cleaning & Grading Plant of any type of cereals, dehulling of seeds, different types of driers like tumbler drier, spray drier, spin flash drier, vacuum drier, scrap surface drier, three stage evaporator, fluidized bed drier, ACM Grinding Stems, dall mill, rice mill machineries, de-germinator & De-hulling Machine. At united group of food consultants, it has always been our endeavor to provide quality, consistency and excellent service. These are unique technologies in agro Industries which is not available any where in the World Map. By adopting these new technology buyer will be benefited in terms of low capital cost of plant and machineries, low working capital, hygienic working condition of plant (without dust and noise), less man power, low power consumption. We provided best quality machines as per International Standard, dust free atmosphere in the plant. Noise level in the permissible limit, manually handling is avoided. Design & Development
united group of food consultants has a design department for mechanical design and drafting. It also has the department of process design and development.
Design department is equipped with computer designing system & latest design software. The design department is well aware at the latest development and its feasibility. The design professional rethink the concept of latest development, remodel gives the framework and finally structure the product with feasibility. We provide all detailed drawing to the customer starting from civil work, plan lay out, structure design, foundation for machine, process flow line, Erection drawings etc to complete the job at various level as per costumer requirement.
We design our food processing machines ourself. There is a team of qualified people to design the equipment at various level and upon entire satisfaction of various Department, which are involved, in the manufacturing equipment.
